In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
By accessing phsin, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with phsin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phsin platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phsin. phsin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file.
Access to and use of the phsin platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
phsin enforces age verification through KYC procedures at registration. Any Account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method used.
Each individual may register only one (1) Account on phsin. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
phsin is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to conduct KYC verification on all registered Players before permitting real-money gameplay or withdrawals. KYC documentation requirements include:
phsin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phsin account credentials. phsin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your login information.
phsin accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:
All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. Minimum withdrawal from phsin is ₱200. phsin does not charge withdrawal fees for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to standard interbank transfer fees.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. phsin reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA requirements.
phsin reserves the right to reverse deposits or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation is suspected. All funds on the phsin platform are held in PHP. phsin does not pay interest on Player balances.
All games available on phsin — including but not limited to live dealer games, video slots, poker, bingo, and Dragon Tiger — are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before participating.
Bets placed and accepted by phsin's system are final. phsin reserves the right to void a bet or game round in the event of a technical error, game malfunction, network interruption, or any circumstance rendering the outcome of a game uncertain or unfair. In such cases, wagers will be refunded to the Player's Wallet.
phsin's RNG-based games use independently certified random number generators. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated under camera surveillance. phsin does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
phsin reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game at any time. These limits are displayed within the game interface prior to play. Players who attempt to circumvent betting limits through coordinated play or technical means will have their Accounts reviewed and may be restricted.
phsin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotions to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as real funds. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure or violation of these Terms.
phsin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments made to Players who have already claimed a promotion in good faith. Abuse of bonus systems — including through multiple accounts, coordinated bonus hunting, or low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phsin and will result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:
phsin actively monitors gameplay and transactions for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review systems. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their Accounts frozen pending investigation. phsin cooperates fully with PAGCOR, AMLC, and law enforcement authorities in cases involving illegal activity.

All content on the phsin platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, interface design, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual elements — is the property of phsin or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phsin platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any phsin content without prior written authorization.
The phsin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phsin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
phsin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to unauthorized account access caused by Player negligence; losses arising from game outcomes; technical interruptions; or changes to the platform's features or availability.
phsin's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to phsin in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits phsin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
phsin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account termination for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, phsin will return the verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period. Balances associated with Accounts terminated due to Terms violations are subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their phsin Account in good standing may do so by contacting phsin support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and phsin regarding any aspect of the Platform, Players are required to first attempt resolution through phsin's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support with a detailed description of the complaint.
phsin commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days. If a Player is not satisfied with phsin's resolution, disputes relating to phsin's online gaming license may be escalated to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint channels.
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and enforced in accordance with Philippine law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
phsin's online gaming operations are conducted under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations form part of the framework governing their use of phsin.
phsin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or SMS notification to their registered contact details at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Continued use of the phsin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using phsin and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 12.
The current version of these Terms is always available on the phsin website at phsin.co/terms-conditions. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

phsin operates under a valid PAGCOR online gaming license. Every provision in these Terms reflects phsin's compliance obligations to the Philippines' primary gaming regulator. Players can expect the same regulatory protections that apply to licensed land-based casinos in Metro Manila.
Real-money balances at phsin are held in accounts segregated from phsin's operational funds. Your wallet balance is yours — it is not used to fund platform operations, and it is protected in the event of any business disruption, as required under PAGCOR licensing terms.
